We offer three ground floor units adjoining Bay Tree House: Woolly View, The FoxBurrow and Bobtail Corner. All have their own private entrance, and have been designed with great attention to detail to provide privacy, comfort and country charm. Each is equipped with its own TV/DVD player, hairdryer & alarm clock. Bed linen and towels are provided, and also included are electricity & heating. We cater for guests wishing to stay on a bed & breakfast or self-catering basis, and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. We would ask guests to refrain from smoking within the units, but guests are more than welcome to smoke in the outside areas. ===================================================== ===================================================== The FoxBurrow Sleeps 2 This self-contained studio has its own private entrance, and consists of a double bed, en-suite shower room, and has the added benefit of a TV/DVD player, fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee facilities. =====================================================

Views of our neighbours ===================================================== Woolly View Sleeps 2 It is a self-contained suite with zip/link twin or kingsize bedroom, shower room, and cosy lounge with TV/DVD player, fully equipped kitchen area, leading to an enclosed patio. An additional single folding guest bed can be made available if required. ===================================================== ===================================================== Bobtail Corner Sleeps 2 + 2 This self-contained unit has a welcoming lounge with TV/DVD, sofa bed-settee, leading to a double bedroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and enclosed garden/patio area.
