c Directions d From Norwich, take the B1150 signposted to North Walsham, and continue on this road, for approximately 6 miles, until reaching the White Horse public house on the right hand side. Take the first left, just after the White Horse public house, signposted to Hillside Animal Sanctuary, named Hall Lane. Follow this country road for about 1 mile, passing the entrance to Hillside Animal Sanctuary on the left. Bay Tree House is the first house on the left past the Animal Sanctuary.

c Location d Situated on the edge of a small peaceful village, Bay Tree House enjoys views of the open countryside and neighbouring animal sanctuary. Ten minutes from the city of Norwich and airport, five minutes from the Broads and just a short journey to the coast, we are ideally located for exploring all that the region has to offer. There is something for everyone, with museums, golf, fishing, shopping, theatre and country walks to name but a few. There are many fine local country pubs, offering excellent food, and we would be pleased to share our knowledge of the area, and recommend places of interest to our guests. We also welcome up to two well-behaved dogs.
